Ink4Less.com Return Policy
Ink4Less provides a simple process for returning ink cartridge, toner and printing supply products.
- Contact Customer Service by Array or by calling 1-888-488-4INK (4465) and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice AND on the outside of the shipping box. Please note that products returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number WILL NOT receive a refund or replacement.
- Repack the product in its original packaging materials.
- Include your order number with your returns to expedite the process.
- Ink cartridges & toner cartridges that are more than 30% used WILL NOT be eligible for a refund or re-shipment.
- We will send you a free shipping label via email that you can print and tape onto the box for FREE return shipping.
- We must receive your returned product within 7 business days after issuing an RMA number or we must charge you for the replacement product sent out. This process of sending replacement product before receiving returned goods is not a standard industry practice, yet we feel it is inline with our mission of providing quality customer service. So that we may take such risks and continue such customer-friendly practices, we hope that our customers in return fulfill their agreement with us by returning their defective products.
- This is a courtesy on our part to send out new product before receiving the damaged goods and we hope you will have the same courtesy with us to send back the defective products.
